About Angelou Masters

Before I was building marketing systems, I was managing 400 homes.

As the operations manager for a 400-unit property, I learned what it really takes to keep complex systems running smoothly, from people and budgets to maintenance and experience. That same instinct for structure and scalability became the foundation of my work in marketing.

After transitioning into ecommerce, I managed licensed products for global brands like Netflix, Warner Bros, and Among Us, launching campaigns that turned pop-culture moments into multimillion-dollar sales. One of my favorite projects, a Stranger Things toy line, generated over $500K in 60 days and helped push our Amazon channel past $1M in annual revenue.

But the real win for me wasn’t just the sales, it was the systems. I learned how to build scalable, data-driven frameworks that turn creativity into predictable growth.

That philosophy inspired My Proud Baby, my first consumer brand, which quickly gained national press and recognition. While growing that business, I earned a Digital Marketing certification from Pepperdine University, where I began formalizing the marketing principles I now teach through my agency, Jacker Digital.

Today, I work as a Marketing Architect, helping brands, founders, and organizations build intelligent ecosystems that connect creativity, automation, and audience. Through workshops, consulting, and agency work, I’ve helped dozens of businesses clarify their strategy, streamline operations, and scale sustainably.

Beyond the agency, I’ve served on the board of the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, speak on marketing and AI, and continue to launch new, innovative ventures that blend storytelling, systems, and soul.
